What are your shipping options?

We offer Regular and Express postage via Australia Post. We ship everywhere within Australia. International shipping is not available at this time. We take up to 2 business days to fulfil your order.

Regular Post (Free): 3-6 business days
Express Post ($9.95): 1-3 business days

What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase:

Damaged or faulty product:
If your gameboard arrives damaged or is faulty, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order so we can arrange a refund or exchange. We may request photos to help assess the issue and speed up your claim.

Change of mind:
If you change your mind, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order so we can arrange a refund. To be eligible for a return the gameboard must be sealed in its plastic wrapping, unopened and in original resaleable condition. Return postage for change-of-mind returns is your responsibility. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund promptly.
